| First, total the price of the books you would like to order. Next, calculate shipping charges by choosing either one of the following two shipping methods: |
| USPS Media Mail - $4 for the first book plus $2 for each additional book ordered. |
| USPS Priority Mail - $6.95 for the first book plus $2 for each additional book ordered. |
| Send a check or Money Order for the total amount calculated. Including a note specifying the books you are ordering and your selected shipping method. Please include your shipping address and phone number. Also, please email us stating that you have ordered by mail.
